With a few systems in place and Bill’s Hierarchy system, you too can reach beyond referrals.

Bill’s Hierarchy system has five levels that must be put into play in order to achieve a proactive referral system. These five are: an initial referable process, a responsive service, provide value, business friendships, and lastly opening the curtain. With current clients you want to be able to “nudge” the process in a safe effective manner and be sure to do this in a way that is genuine and authentic.
